Daterend uit de 14de eeuw, was deze oude toren in het bezit van een oud geslacht uit Cingoli :de familie Cima. Nadien was het een ‘torre colombara’ en een jachthuis.

Gelegen op de hoogste heuvel rond Cingoli kan je bijna heel de regio Marche zien tot aan de zee.

Woonoppervlakte : 400m², met land van 5000 m².

Goede toegangsweg, water en electriciteit aanwezig.
